What do the loan docs say? If the note has not matured and the obligation is not recast under the loan docs, an increase that great is very suspicious.

Subject: [cdcbaa] Help: LOC secured by home filed Notice of Change of Mortgage Payment WAY HIGHER THAN WE EXPECTED
BOA which has a second position secured LOC filed a Notice of Change of Mortgage Payment for $1,000+/month when payments previously were $200/mo. (Debtor hasn't made a payment in several years, but BOA never contacted Debtor or tried to enforce.)
I have a call in to BOA but have not spoken with them yet. Is there anything I can do about this? This will throw off my Chapter 13 Plan. Total owed on LOC is about $119K. Past due amount going through the Plan is about $11K.
