Chapter 13 Plan Completed - No Discharge

Hi All
I have a Chapter 13 case in Santa Ana. Debtor has completed all of his plan
payments. Debtor had previously received a Chapter 7 discharge shortly
before the filing of this case, so he is not entitled to a discharge in the
present Chapter 13 case. My question is, what form do I use/file to
"complete" the case. Local Form 3015-1.8 Application for Discharge does not
seem appropriate.
