Subject: [cdcbaa] Chapter 13 Motion to Purchase Home?
Colleagues,
I am in need of a Motion for a chapter 13 debtor to purchase a home. The only form motion applicable is F 3015-1.15.MOTION.REFI.RP Would that be the proper form?
Or, is this a self drafted motion? Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.
Thanks, Christine
