BEST SOLAR POWER INC.LITIGATION
Dear Members:
Myself, Leigh Datzker and David Hiller are presently helping homeowners who
may have been victimized by Best Solar Power, Inc. for overcharging on Home
Improvement Contracts, failure to maintain worker's compensation, and
submitting false claims through Renovate America, HERO and YGRENE regarding
energy efficient improvements. If you would like to join with us in a law
group to address these issues, please feel free to contact me offline. I
have a senior Citizen on fixed income, home on reverse mortgage whom they
managed to get a contract from him in excess of $155,000 sucking out any
remaining equity, violating his reverse mortgage agreement due to the fact
that these loans are paid using the Mello-Roos so this bill takes priority
even over the first mortgage older. If you have any expertise in this area
we would love your input. We plan to pursue possible Qui Tam litigation,
and RICO Act Violations. We look forward to hearing from you.
