Boiler plate object b/cCh.13 Plan addendum
There are lots of defenses and the creditor attorneys are usually pretty
lame with their responses (so says the BAP & 9th Circuit). However,
most, if not all, of the judges now believe the CH 13 addendum to be
moot in light of the changes in the rules adopted last year.

Dear Fellow wanderers(nomads):has anybody come to a consensus about how the Judge's are feeling about creditors attys.....using boilerplate objections to the ch 13 confirmation.....because of 13 addendum....is there a standard shutdown response or action? Of course...Iam going to reply...tx rick c
