Seeking contempt against Sheriff's Office

Dear Mark,
I have attached the OSC motion I successfully used against the Sheriff (Leroy Baca at the time he has since had to slink away under an ignominious cloud, but I think his cousin Chewie is still around) in a Chapter 13. You can get costs and attorneys fees, and the return of the funds the Sheriff is holding, but you cant get punitive damages because of 106(a)(3).
