Real Estate: Which controls--address or legal description?

I have a CH. 11 debtor whose case is about to be closed (final
decree) where we've avoided real estate liens and stripped other
liens against a rental property.
Debtor just found out that the City Engineering Dept. discovered an
error on the street address and will be changing it (from, e.g. 2048
greenacre lane to 2050 greenacre lane).
The address and legal description was contained in all the orders on
the avoidance and lien strip motions/stipulations.
Does the legal description control over the street address
referenced in the Orders, or do I need to file Motions to reform the
court's orders?  I'm concerned about future title company issues and
probably other issues I haven't thought of yet.
