Postconfirmation DSO Sanctions Order for attorney fees in FL court
Hi all,
Debtor is in a confirmed plan and paying ex-spouse's attorney fees (DSO) in
his chapter 13 plan. If ex-spouse's attorney obtains a new,
postconfirmation Sanctions Order to pay additional attorney fees, can
ex-spouse's attorney amend her POC to include the additional amounts
ordered by the court? Or would she have to file a separate POC?
