Marital adjustment on means test
When a nonfiling spouse has debts that will be paid out of her income
that is included in the case as community property, I take it that is
deductible under line 17 of the means test.
Does that include monthly amounts owed to creditors whether she is
paying them or not, or do we need to prove a 6 month history of payments
on these debts?
