Subject: [BK] Good 9th BAP decision on student loans

Check out Roth v. ECMC, published yesterday by the BAP in a pro per student
loan dischargeability case. Very interesting concurring opinion begging the
Ninth Circuit to revisit and drop the Brunner/Pena test. I wonder if ECMC
will appeal.
