wait it out. Usually it takes her about 1-2 weeks to sign prior
orders I've sent in.

Her chambers can be a bit slow to enter orders. However, if it was me I would call and leave a message re: the order before resubmitting (resubmitting may be a bigger burden on chambers if they had almost gotten around to entering the order).
A month is a substantial amount of time where I a believe a call is appropriate. Just don't expect to get a call back.
