Monthly Property Inspection Fees and other bogus charges....
Dear members.....
Is anyone doing anything about Post-Petition Mortgage Fees and Expense
filings. I have a case where the lender OneWest charged $155 to do a
vacant property registration when the debtor still lives at the property
and is making mortgage payments.
Cost debtor too much to object to it, but is it the kind of thing that a
mass suit of claim could be made?
