office space
I am probably way ahead of myself here, but after almost 20 years in the same location Imay not renew my lease in Sherman Oaks.
The fellow I share the lease with is retiring. The lease ends the end of 2013. So, Imay either stay and get a subtenant, or Imay go and become one. Anyone with space opening up at year end, or anyone wanting great office space at Ventura and Sepulveda should contact me off list please.
