Amending Schedule D Post Confirmation
It's not clear on what grounds your client is disputing a secured contract
(presumably they have some collateral?), but I'm not aware of any statutory
deadline for a Motion to Disallow a claim in Chapter 13, and have
successfully challenged them quite late in the plan.

I think I have seen this discussed before but cannot find it now, so, for
how long does a chapter 13 debtor have a right to amend Schedule D to
identify a claim as disputed? Can that be done post confirmation so long as
it is before the plan has been completed? Any requirement to show why there
was no previous identification of a claim as disputed? Thanks for your
help.
