Need case saying stay stops litigation filed by debtor as plaintiff

That's exactly what I did, Dennis. Thank you. Delpit cites a case named
In re Bloom that seems helpful but I didn't have to bother understanding
it since I removed. Judge was intent on proceeding, but respected the
removal.
