Foreclosure Sale RFS opposition

The sale is void as the Automatic Stay prevented the sale from happening. However, the Debtor will have state that he or she has a good chapter 13 plan and it is not just a stall tactic.

Dear Listmates,
What is the likelihood of success in challenging an RFS by investor who purchased debtor's home in foreclosure?
Debtor filed in pro per a ch 13 on morning of foreclosure sale date before the sale time and informed lender WF of ch 13 filed. WF asked for copy of notice of bk, etc, which debtor complied. Later that day debtor leaned that house was sold to investor. Time of sale was after filing of bk. At first, WF informed debtor that they will refund payment to investor. Now investor has filed an RFS.
Debtor asked me to help with challenging the RFS, and getting her house back.
Any experience you can share would be appreciated.
