We need a real estate appraiser to value several relatively small investment properties (FMV less than $800,000 per). It's an individual Chapter 11 proceeding. If the appraiser can stand behind the valuation in open court, all the better, because we suspect that the judge may order an evidentiary hearing if the lenders contest the values.
We are hoping to pay somewhere between $500 to $1,000 max per appraisal.
