In a standard Chapter 13 case you need to apply with the Court for the Chapter 13 Discharge. Once the Debtor completes all plan payments under the Chapter 13 Plan in a Chapter 20 scenario, is there any form that needs to be filed that states that the Debtor has completed all payments under the Plan?
One of our chapter 20 clients just finished her final plan payment and I want to make sure I am not missing anything.
