Watch out for this guy!
Dear Listmates:
Just retained a new client who initially consulted with Kenneth Paul Ferreyro in Glendale. Mr. Ferreyro claims to be an attorney on his website, business cards and he also claims to be a CPA - he is none of these! He files bankruptcy cases out of state for California residences - usually in Texas or Arizona as he did with my client. He has filed a number of cases in the Eastern District. I have confirmed with the UST he is a fraud and being investigated by local and Federal law enforcement. I was advised to advise my client to stay away from this guy because one witness claims to have seen him carrying a loaded gun. If you come across any potential clients who were scammed by this phoney - please let me know and I can give you the investigators information.
