Dear Listmates,
I have a judge in Santa Monica who thinks he has jurisdiction over me
(and wants me to appear for a status conference) because I filed a
Notice of Automatic Stay in one of my cases. How do you handle this?
File an OSC re: 362(a) stay violation against the judge?
