No one I've spoken to will do an appraisal that shows what the property was worth at the time of the filing of the case. What can I use to provide evidence of value for this house that the court will accept?

I need to reopen a case and file a 522(f) motion to remove a judgment
lien. The problem is that the case is three years old. No one I've spoken
to will do an appraisal that shows what the property was worth at the time
of the filing of the case. What can I use to provide evidence of value for
this house that the court will accept?
This case is in Riverside.
Thank you.
