Client has paid all payments.
Trustee has filed final report, no one objected, and Trustee filed notice of no objection
Debtor has taken second course and certificate is filed.
I filed the 1328 certification and application for discharge, BNC sent out notice, no one objected, time expired.
Now what? Do I have to file notice of no objection to the application for discharge?
Or just wait?
Rules (LBR 3015-1(t) and forms are silent.
Thanks!
