False Social Security Declaration and reporting same to CRA's
I was looking through some old threads regarding undocumented aliens and
filing bankruptcy. Some responses indicated that you have to file a False
Social Security Declaration with the Court and report the use to the credit
reporting agencies. Can someone point me to one of these declarations in a
case they've filed? Also, what is the best way to report this to the
credit reporting agencies? Letter? Thanks.
