Is it a problem if the basis of the order denying reaffirmation is the debtor did not appear?

Noted, and thanks Jim. The lender is Toyota, who sometimes doesn't even
file our returned reaffirmation agreements. Are they likely to
repossess in anyone's opinion?

So long as the Debtor is current on car payments, is it a problem if the
basis of the order denying reaffirmation is the debtor did not appear?
