I seem to recall discussing with someone here that I - J doesn't really
matter in a nonconsumer case, but obviously I am worried about filing a
case that shows + $1,500/month even in a nonconsumer case. Has anyone had
any problems with this type of scenario? Debtor owes $80K from a business
guaranty, but $50K in consumer debt.
