It took me most of the day, but I discovered the problem I was
having with the new Plan form was actually a bug with Best Case.
Best Case has it set up so that any claim you put in Class 3,
whether it is Class 3a or 3b, triggers the checking of the box which
says you must do a Motion to Value (and provide evidence thereof).
This necessarily precludes the ability of the debtor to make direct
payments to a creditor or to pay the full value of the creditor's
claim without regard to the value of collateral.
So be very careful if you use Best Case and have any Class 3 claims
you are paying if you don't want to have to use the Plan as  Motion
to Value.
