I vaguely remember reading a case which says that it is a mathematical certainty that when a trustee satisfies the insolvency test of 547(b)(4) in a preference action, it is equally certain that the trustee ALSO satisfies the greater amount test of 547(b)(6).
Does anyone else remember this case and can someone dig up the cite?
