Ch7 client name change (new name is completely different) and

Hi all,
I have a client who is undergoing a sex change and obtained an Order in
state court for the debtor's new name (completely different from the name
on the petition.) All of the debt is in the former name, however, I added
an aka to the petition with the debtor's new name.
Is that sufficient for discharge of debt under both names? Or should I file
an additional notice in the case reflecting the state court order on the
name change?
