Wait Time For Ch 13 Fees From Trustee

Dearest Colleagues:
A few days ago I phoned the office of a Central District Chapter 13 Trustee regarding fees to be paid through a confirmed plan. The plan and application for fees were confirmed/granted in late January 2012. I was told that as of mid-February, this trustee's office was processing fee application orders from October/November 2011 so it might be a 60+ day wait for payments to go out.
I believe most attorneys try diligently to conform to the individual requirements of different trustees and I understand there have been budget cuts, and so forth. Yet, I believe one shouldn't have to wait 60-90 days to receive a fee payment check in a chapter 13 case.
If anyone else is having similar difficulty, I would like to see the CDCBAA address this as a whole so it doesn't come across as one unhappy attorney complaining about the office procedures of a certainly well-respected and hard-working trustee.
Any thoughts?
