Subject: [cdcbaa] Discharge Violation
I have a former client who was discharged in 2009. He owed BMW. In 2011 BMW took $839 out of his account at Charles Schwab somehow. He cannot even get BMW to acknowledge they did it.
The remedy is to reopen the case and file an OSC re Contempt against BMW.kes this on may also have to enforce any attorney fees award.
If this is something youd be interested in pursuing, please contact me off list.

this on may also have to enforce any attorney fees award.
