Irrespective of outstanding checks. It's a snapshot of what you

When listing bank account balances on a Schedule B:
When there are checks outstanding, do you all list the balance in the
account minus the outstanding checks?
Or the balance in the account irrespective of the outstanding checks?
Thank you,
