Chapter 20 Exemptions - Can they switch?
If you pick one system of exemptions - say 703.140(b)(1) et seq. - the
"wildcard" - for the Chapter 7 discharge,
can you pick the other system - 704.730 et seq - "homestead" exemption -
for your Chapter 13 filing?
or vice versa?
or is there a rule somewhere that says you have to stick with the same
exemptions?
