Chapter 13 Child Care Expenses?
I just spoke with a woman who is paying $2,400 per month for one child!

Listmates,
Has anyone had any problems with a ch 13 trustee objecting to child care expenses as being too high?
The code (707(b)(2)(A)(ii)(II))I believe allows actual expenses that are reasonable and necessary that are paid by debtor in support of family, including children. But I was wondering what experiences you might have had.
These joint-debtors pay close to $900 per month in cash to a relative to watch and transport to/fro school their 3 minor children, one of whom is not yet in school. The case will be in Riverside.
