Chapter 13 Question on Fees Converted from Chapter 7
I am converting a Chapter 7 case that was converted after a dispute on the valuation of the house.
I usually reduce from the RARA fee because I've done the schedules etc. in the Chapter 7.
However, in this case I did a lot of work in the Chapter 7 that I wasn't compensated for and there's plenty of funds in the plan.
Should I ask for the full $5K or knock off a grand? Any opinions on or off list would be appreciated.
