I recall there being an issue of getting paid to convert from CH 13 to CH 7
because all income of the debtor in the 13 is property of the estate and so
it can be disgorged if we take it. So, how do we get paid for the
conversion? Do we convert and then the Debtor pays us? What's the best
practice here?
