Off topic - whats a proper gift for a lawyer who is
Dennis, I will call the Idaho ethics line. Thanks for suggesting. I was
asking you guys about this because we don't have a good listserv here, and,
without disparaging the entire state bar, I will say the level of practice
here could be higher.
I haven't ridden the rapids yet but it's on my list, along with learning
how to ski!

You're right. 504. I only read that section every couple years because it
just never comes up for me! I mostly just want to show appreciation to this
lawyer who has really helped me get started here since I don't have any
referral sources yet.
