I'm about to file a couple down there. I don't think there's any ex
ante fee restrictions.
However, I think whomever appears at the 341a meeting must
physically meet with the debtor prior to the meeting and have the
"case file" with them. At least that's how it used to be.
Regards,
Mark

I recently did the same research and did not find any fixed fee; or no look
fee amount. I looked at the attorney fees on a few chapter 7 cases, and the
fees seemed similar to what we find here in Central.
Anyone have contra experience?
Best regards

I have reviewed this and the General Orders 180 and 189 that establish it.
I don't see anything that fixes a fee amount or suggests a no-look fee.
Has anyone else seen such a guideline or cap?
