Is PC Entitled to a Discharge in Chapter 7
See 727(a)(9) - after six years from petition date in chapter 13 where discharge was granted with plan paying less than 70% of allowed unsecured claims.

Hi Everyone,
PC filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy case on 7/13/2008. He was in a low percentage (10%) plan. He received a discharge in chapter 13 in July, 2013.
PC wants to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy case now. Is he entitled to a discharge in Chapter 7???
