The debtor was representing him/herself. The attorney is substituting infor the pro se debtor. The substitution of attorney form executed by thedebtor formally shows the debtor's consent to representation by the new counsel, notifies the entire world that the debtor no longer acts as his/her own
counsel and notifies the world of new attorney's name and contact
information.
