Pro Se Debtors asked to sign a declaration that they obtained SSI
Have you heard of any chapter 7 trustees asking debtors to sign a
declaration that they illegally obtained their SSI card?
A trustee has made such a request of the pro se debtor.
Please let me know they can make such a request.
