We've got a relief from stay order to be effective in mid-March and the
creditor will be able to go to sale, and Green Tree's "point of contact"
for my client will not return calls for weeks regarding the pending loan
mod. I just called Green Tree and he answered and I was put on hold and
disconnected. WHAT NOW? Who do I sue? Isn't the point of contact supposed
to be responsive to my client? Grrr.
