exempting a Canadian retirement benefit

Client is a retired Canadian railway employee who receives about $1100 per month from the Canadian Revenue Agency, labeled as an "Old Age Security Pension". I'm certain this ought to be exempt but am at a loss under which section to claim the exemption. Any suggestions?
