Dear Gerry,
You may wish to ask the U.S. Trustee's Office to help you. I had a case a few years ago in which the collector refused to pay court-awarded sanctions. The UST sent them a letter. A few weeks later I received an apologetic phone call followed by payment.
Good luck,
Nick

Listmates,
I was awarded a discovery sanction in an adversary, the judge gave Plaintiff
10 days to pay, and it's been over 30 days with no payment. How do I
enforce the order? Is there a case I could review to see how it's done?
