Fwd: New Proof of Claim Form
Please see attached a copy of the new POC that is fillable.
The Federal Court's Administrative Office is just now getting around to making their forms fillable and the fillable versions will be uploaded to the Court's website soon. In the meantime, we can go directly to the USCourts.gov website to get direct access to the forms and information about them. Hope this helps!

Does anyone have a fillable pdf form of the new POC form? I need to fileone soon for a client. The one the court put on its website is not fillableand thus leaves only two options to fill out the form, hand write or typewriter(I don't think those are even available anymore).
