Use of 12/1/15 forms for emergency petitions filed before 12/1/15
At a recent San Fernando Valley Bar meeting, Judge Tighe clearly said we have to use the new forms on cases already filed.

Is it mandatory to use the new forms for cases filed before 12/1/15 on the
old forms?
The public announcement says only that the forms are effective on 12/1/15
but I cannot find some rule saying whether they are effective for cases
"filed on or after 12/1/15" or what.
