Hi Steve:
I have never had a problem with a dealership giving the debtor all of the details to attach to a motion. See 8:12-bk-19609-MW for an example.

Chapter 13 debtor's car is repossessed during the case. They want
another car. They need to finance it.
The form requires all the details of the proposed transaction.
What dealer is going to sit and wait for the judge's order approving the
transaction to sell a car? They want to turn the inventory.
Has anyone else dealt with this? I've done 13s a long time and have
never had to deal with it.
Any solutions would be appreciated.
Thank you
Steve
