US Attorney seeking costs of suit on good-faith 523(a)(8) Complaints

FYI - the US Attorney is requesting costs of suit in its Answer to a good
faith "textbook case" of dischargeability of student loan debt due to undue
hardship. I'm not sure if this has always been the case or if they just
started doing this recently.
I will keep you posted as to the outcome of that request. Personally I
think it is outrageous.
