Dear NACBA Member,
Today at 1:30 P.M. EST, NACBA hosted a telenews event to provide expert
testimony and consumer advice on issues surrounding the debt settlement
industry. The topic of debt settlement was chosen as a result of tremendous
feedback from NACBA members around the country whose clients come to them
to file for bankruptcy after attempting a debt settlement and suffering the
consequences. The goal of the event is to broaden media coverage of debt
settlement and increase outreach to consumers so they can make the most
