westlaw chapter 7 and 13 program
I believe that program used to be call "7-11-13" and it WAS great. Then West took it over and it ended up being full of glitches in terms of communicating with the ECF system. I was forced to switch to Best Case some years back. Glad I did.

I have a great tech guy so call or email me if you want his info. Best
advice you already received: dump the program and get EZFiling or
Bestcase.
