My dear colleagues:

My chapter 13 debtor needs to sell a cheap old paid off vehicle, in the ordinary course of his personal and business affairs.

My first advice to him was to go ahead and do it. However, on second thought I was wondering if I need to obtain court approval.

Does anyone know if I need to get court approval first before a chapter 13 debtor in a confirmed plan can sell a vehicle in the ordinary course of his business affairs?
